Pre-orders

A pre-order lets you purchase a product before it is ready to dispatch. A product is available for pre-order only when the purchase area says Pre-order and shows an estimated dispatch date.

Payment and timing

Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. The estimated dispatch date is shown for the product being ordered. Estimated dates can change; if a material delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided.

Mixed orders

Ready-to-ship items are sent first; pre-order items follow when available. Please see Shipping for delivery charges and split-shipment information.

Changes and cancellations

Contact info@madpups.co promptly with your order number if you need to change or cancel a pre-order. We will explain the options for your order's current stage. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unchanged.

If a product is marked sold out rather than Pre-order, it cannot be purchased as a pre-order.
