Orders and product information

Please check your selected product, colour, size, delivery address and order total before paying. Product availability depends on the selected size. Colours can appear differently on screens; the product description and images should be read together. We may contact you if an error or fulfilment issue prevents an order from being accepted or fulfilled, and arrange a refund where appropriate.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the store. The order total, applicable taxes and delivery charges are presented at checkout before payment. Payment is processed through the providers available at checkout. Pre-orders require full payment and are identified with an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping and returns

Read Shipping, Pre-orders and Returns for the arrangements applicable to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Use and care

Follow the product's fitting, care and use instructions. Choose products appropriate to your dog's size and needs, supervise use and stop using an item if damaged or uncomfortable. Decorative accessories are not restraint equipment unless the product expressly says otherwise.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse another person's information. Store text, brand marks and original creative content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce those materials.

Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
